The Eddie Jordan Foundation
Fondúireacht Eddie Jordan
Eddie Jordan took a Formula 1 team from Dublin to win international Grand Prix races. His fearless drive is the spirit we channel when we race. Meeting the Eddie Jordan Foundation, founded in his honour, is part of our story.
Who Eddie was
Eddie Jordan was born in Dublin and founded Jordan Grand Prix, which entered Formula 1 in 1991. With a small, independent team he took on the biggest manufacturers in the sport, and won.
He was famous for backing young talent: Michael Schumacher made his Formula 1 debut in a Jordan at Spa in 1991. Fearless, inventive and always pushing boundaries, he left a mark on motorsport that still inspires engineers, drivers and teams like ours.

We are not here to be cautious, we are here to be great! Winning takes finding an edge. That takes courage and risk.

Four fields Eddie loved
Sport
Coaching, kit, competition and mentors for young athletes with ambition.
Music
Coaching, studio time, mentors and the chance to perform.
Business
Support for founders, apprentices and creatives, starting out or scaling up.
Sailing
Training and apprenticeships that open the way into a life at sea.
His name races with us
In tribute to Eddie, the Eddie Jordan Foundation’s logo is on the monocoque of Solas, the carbon-fibre chassis at the heart of the car. Wherever she races, it goes with her.

A realtionship that shares a vision
The Foundation’s co-founder Keith O'Loughlin told us the stories behind the legend and what it takes to back yourself.

We unveiled Solas at the Helix
Keith spoke about the legacy Eddie left behind and how this team carries some of that spirit.
